Thoughts of the Week: November 3, 2023
Always trust your own instincts first
We often talk about surrounding yourself with people you trust, and while this is valuable advice, it also misses a key element of success: you need to trust *yourself* first.
At the end of the day, even if you have a killer board of advisors around you, you are the one making the call. You are the one putting your neck on the line, and you are the one who needs to take action. Other people can’t make these decisions for you. They can help, they can advise, and they can make recommendations, but — if you’re the one running the show — you need to pull up.
So stop hesitating.
Stop trying to outsource your decision-making.
