Inspired by your point on feedback, here's my friendly feedback on your 4th point that "The biggest obstacle to achievement isn't skill, it's comfort":
Yes, discomfort is needed to achieve anything. At the same time, discomfort isn't enough and can often be counterproductive. More important is making yourself uncomfortable in the right ways. So I'd argue the biggest obstacle to achievement is delusion. Because if you have perfect clarity on what needs to be done to achieve what you want (and are not drawn toward misguided beliefs about what "achievement" entails), you will make the most progress. Even then your pursuit won't be comfortable, but it won't be unnecessarily uncomfortable, either.
