I’m going to ask you four questions:

  1. What matters most in your work or business?

  2. Why does it matter?

  3. What does success look like to you—the specific numbers or outcomes?

  4. Who owns all of the outcomes you need (you, or which other people)?

If you can answer these four questions with clarity, you are ahead of some, but what actually matters is if you can really get it done. Make it a reality. That’s where people get stuck.

Clarity is hard, execution is harder.

The psychology of execution is hard. If it wasn’t, millions of people would be in a far different place in their work life than they are…and this isn’t just a beginner’s problem.

Sure, people get stuck in this spot when they are first starting out, but they also get stuck mid-career, or even when they have a business doing well. Execution just kind of falls off the map. Big companies get lapped. Entrepreneurs retire. Things stay…stagnant.

Don’t want to be stagnant? Challenge yourself today.
Let’s dive into the psychology of violent execution.
