Feeling a little cluttered right now? It might be your physical environment, sure, but many of us don’t realize that clutter isn’t just objects - it’s the activities that aren’t providing value and jamming up your time.
Meaningless activity is a form of clutter.
If you’re struggling to find time to “do it all,” chances are it’s not because you don’t have enough hours in the day - it’s a lack of prioritization.
Ask yourself where clutter exists in your daily/weekly routine. What’s eating up your brain space? Does it line up with what *truly* matters to you?
If the answer is no, then it’s time to make a change. Check out your calendars, review how you spent your time over the last week, and get ruthless. Clean up some clutter, and let’s open space for the things that matter most.
