I see it over and over again. Whether you are already tackling big things (though there is always bigger) or are in the earlier stages — no one is immune to the inevitable transformation that will shape them.

Like the person above — if you keep aggressively moving ahead, you won’t be the same two years from now either. You can’t be. It’s simply not possible. The person who made the above statement is a CEO who watched his entire life shift as his own company was rising…I wasn’t there for the earliest part of that journey, and though his company is large today, he is not even close to finished. 

Everything will continue to change.

Whatever you are building in your career and life, you are not yet finished creating…and your experiences are not yet finished creating you. It is a long and sometimes arduous journey, and there are specific pain points that every highly ambitious person will face whether you’ve already climbed to great heights or you’re starting at the beginning.
