Great leaders do a lot of things, but there's a hidden force multiplier that separates extraordinary leaders from the others I’ve worked with. And that one thing that truly differentiates the elite 0.1% of leaders I work with is something far more powerful? They teach those that surround them to “think like them.”

Whether modern giants like Bezos, Musk or legendary figures like Sam Zell or Charlie Munger: their partners, executives, and their closest team members or leaders, knew *exactly* how they thought about their work, and were lock-step in alignment. They knew how the boss thought about things, and it’s how they executed, too.

When that doesn’t happen? There are incredible challenges on the ground.

So, let’s dive into how we unlock this skill and begin to make it happen for yourself.
