Bold people are both born…and built.

I’ve sat across from people who, despite their impressive track records or accomplishments, can be visibly uncomfortable with the next moves of their career or business. A common example goes something like this:

"I know exactly what I need to do,” someone will confess, “I've known for months…but every time I start to take action, something stops me."

Internal hesitation on the things we know we should do holds a lot of people back.

What use are brilliant strategies if you keep yourself from implementing them?

Learning to overcome your internal resistance is a skill you can take with you everywhere, and what we’ll tackle in the piece today. Here’s how to think about it, and how to do it.
