“I don’t know why this keeps happening to me...people just won’t step up.” - Executive leader.
There’s a mental pattern I see with founders and executives who struggle despite doing everything right...and it can quickly destroy your team, or at the very least, make it ten times harder to get where you want to go.
It goes something like this…These great, optimistic leaders hire or partner with talented people, try to develop or work with them, and create massive opportunities. They communicate *clearly* about what’s needed, where they want to go, and what is expected. The problem? Wanting people to be something they fundamentally don’t want to be.

Why do others disappoint you in your work life? Why does this happen, and how can you prevent it? There are some brutal truths to reckon with, and if you’re a client reading this, you’ve probably heard some of these before from me, but here they are in print. I will also show you exactly how to fix this so it rarely happens again…which I’ve never seen written about or discussed.
