There's something fascinating about people who simply refuse to quit. Not in a stubborn, bang-your-head-against-the-wall way, but with an unwavering, focused determination that seems to bend reality to their will.

I’ve noticed this trait of resolve among my highest-performing clients, and the thing I love about it is that it makes their achievements almost feel inevitable. The world *will* eventually move their way.

This resolve forms a foundation that makes incredible magic happen, in your work and path ahead, but the stick-to-it-ness isn’t for the faint of heart. It requires a true iron will to just take on what comes, no matter what comes, with the knowledge that whatever lies before you, you’ll tackle it to get the results you seek and get where you want to go.

It’s not that my most successful clients don’t have the same obstacles or face the same unknowns as they scale—they absolutely do—but the difference is in how they approach it. They’ve trained themselves, in many ways, to respond to challenges differently.

Having resolve is often seen as a “feeling” but that’s not true. Resolve is a skill to build and use—and here’s how to deliberately create and hone it to make your journey more inevitable, too.
