There's a moment in every high achiever's journey when they realize something profound: most of the constraints they've been told are true, aren't actually real.

All of my clients have had this moment of realization—some earlier, some later. Regardless of when, they eventually realized these societal messages of what they could or couldn’t do weren’t true; they didn’t need to pay them any attention.

They're ghost stories: whispered warnings from well-meaning people who never tested the boundaries themselves. They are not true, but 99% of people believe them. They defend them. They’ll try to make you a believer, too.

We have to *constantly* be vigilant for how these ghost stories show up because they’ll insert themselves in so many places—some you won’t ever expect. You need to test the limits of your mind more than others to stay on top of the game.

Ignore the ghost stories everyone else believes.

They didn’t ask if it was possible. They simply tested the waters for themselves—and what they found changed everything about the course of their lives.

Let’s dive in and look at how these constraints that other people have given you are made up, wrong, or can be overcome. Testing these areas yourself will be important to your life and work.
