Every person I work with is their own sort of scientist. They run experiments all the time. In their interactions, in how they lead, in their products, and in what they do. They figure out what works, and then get rid of the things that don’t.

It all sounds so simple, until you realize that running experiments takes a lot of courage. You have to put yourself out there in ways that mean likely failure many times over, and sometimes a bit of embarrassment or humiliation… and humans just avoid those things like the plague.
This edition is largely about the mindset of effective experimentation, with some ideas on where to implement it in your working (and sometimes personal) life for far better outcomes.
