Why aren’t you bigger than you are? Why isn’t your company or career in a more significant place than it is?

There is a version of you out there who *is* bigger, but you haven’t seen them yet because you haven’t taken the time to think about it…or given that version of you any real consideration. This edition will give you that time, and challenge you to really look at yourself.

One of the things I’ve realized with almost every client of mine is that they get larger outcomes because they think about things in a “bigger” way than those around them.

A great example of this in action? Look around your local flea or farmer’s markets: some people will work their tail off to sell a product at their local market year after year…and some folks, like Jaime Schmidt, took only seven years from making a farmer’s market product in her kitchen, to selling it for nine-figures to Unilever.

Massive difference in outcome.

Being one step bigger isn’t fate, it’s intention.

Some people just think bigger, and that way of thinking is why they end up where they do.

You are the leader of your own life. You will never outperform your own aspirations, so you might as well start leveling up how you think about what you do, and where you’re taking the skills you have.

This edition, let’s push you to think one step bigger. Here are two psychological elements holding you back, and how to move one level up.
