Everyone wants to grow…or at least, the ambitious folks I tend to work with certainly do.
No matter who you are — just starting, or a monster in your space — there is a feeling that gnaws at you. You’ve still got more in the tank, and you want the growth of your career or company to reflect the feeling inside that knows what you are capable of.
In India, I know of several companies that have dominated their space in the past year, and their CEOs and founders never seemed to let up on the gas. One CEO, in particular, was absolutely unrelenting in his quest and said, “I know what this can be, and no one can tell me any different. I will show it to them. I have always had to show it to them.”
And he does. He shows them over and over again. He keeps dominating in his space.

Whether you’re leading your department, an area of the business, or the company itself, how are you positioned? If you’re truly positioned for growth, it’s about more than a goal. It’s hunger backed by tactics and headspace, and learning how to utilize this can be the difference between nailing your targets — or missing the mark — in the days ahead.
