This is what I know about my largest clients:
They have a belief about who they are and what they are capable of…and everything in their life lines up behind it.
I had one client abroad who said resolutely (some words changed), “I will be the biggest in [x] category or I will just go down in flames. I am not here to be small or second.” He is the driver of his fate. Today, his company is worth over $2b.
But this isn’t just about founders or CEOs, it’s also about who you decide to be in your space, in your role, in your position—whoever you are and whatever you do.
People who want to be great can be great…and I’ve seen it across so many industries. You just have to make the decision to be great first, and that is going to rely on your beliefs.

I’ve had clients who set a target of $1b, and those who have surpassed it. The deciding factor of if they meet and beat their target? Well, it all depends on whether or not they can really double down on themselves and make the moves they know they need to make. If they’re clear, focused, dedicated, and on point *always,* they will hit their goals.
I also watch as those who do not have that big self-belief limit themselves in tragic ways. It is rarely because they didn’t have the talent, the capability, or even the great ideas—it’s because they didn’t *believe* that they had the talent, etc., and wound up limiting themselves early because of it. *They* kept themselves from getting to where they had the capacity to be.
Saying that, big players didn’t start out as big; they had to develop, grow, and rise to their station. So, wherever you might be in your professional life, I hope you’ll really dig into learning more about where you might be putting barriers around a life of limitless potential and how to begin correcting this now.
This article will ask you 10 important questions to discover your walls and show you how to line your audacious goals with how you are really moving in the world.
