You Need to Run Through Walls

Put your ego aside for this one, and let it kick you in the shins.

As I was talking with a cofounder of a tech company rocketship, he told me something he tells every employee on the way in: “You are expected to run through walls here.” 

There is no “can’t be done.” 
There is no “impossible.” 

These are fireable offenses.
