As we approach the end of the season, I want to send you off into fall with a new way to look at the changing surroundings: What got you here won’t get you there.
Different stages of your life and career will require different versions of *you*. With the seasonal change, as you watch the leaves shift or change, what’s next? What changes do you need to make in your leadership, career, or other areas of your life or work to meet the moment in the way you truly want?
The world around you can be a deep reminder of the growth mindset you might need a kick around..and you’ve done it before. The mindset you had in high school changed as you went to college, from one job to the next—and this practice should follow you throughout your life. Expansive, open, growing, shifting, and taking on the next challenge.
Expand your mind and expand yourself; allow yourself to change.
This is a reminder to adapt, evolve, and step up.
1. Optimistic self-belief can be an unstoppable force.
2. Don’t be a people-watcher, be someone people watch.
3. Don't let anyone dictate who you are.
