Want more momentum? Take this weekend to get your fundamentals in check: sleep well (catch up on any sleep debt you may have accrued during the week); eat good food, and get your body moving—even a simple walk can kick you off.
Find a way to get back in healthy habits that you might have strayed from, and use this as a reminder.
Slacking in this area is like going through life on hard mode, having a constant feeling of internal “push,” dragging tail, and letting your blade grow dull—and there is no point in sabotaging yourself this way. You can do it differently.
Pick up the sharpening stone this weekend, and prepare yourself for the week ahead. Build up your momentum - reset, refuel, and kick off some good habits if you’ve been slacking. Fine tune yourself so when Monday comes you can shoot out ready and swinging.
Don’t make work harder than it needs to be, and cut through next week with the energy you deserve. When you take care of the basics, you’re positioning yourself for the long game.
Spot on :-) thanks
