You are your reputation — build it right.

It’s important to remember that your character is a vital aspect of your career, your relationships, and your life. The reputation you hold, the one you build throughout your life and career, can make or break you when it matters most. 

As you’re rising, be conscious of the choices you make, how you hold yourself and the words you use, the way you interact with others, and even who you associate with  — all of it reflects back onto you. These defining moments, while small, are what build your presence in the minds of others.

And if you do your job right? If you build a formidable reputation, it can do a lot of the work for you, before you even walk into a room.
