The one hour you spend taking *one* thing out of your backpack gives you more energy. Keep doing it, and that lightness compounds.
So today, resolve to fix one problem, run into one thing on that list, and take just one thing out of that backpack you’ve been carrying around.
Don’t think about the task, think about what it gives you on the other side.
Make your every day a bit lighter, and give yourself a kick of energy on the backend.
