Let yourself be one in a million, not one in ten.

If you take any message with you into the days, weeks, and months ahead, let it be this one: Don’t be afraid of being the outlier.

People push down their uniqueness and hide traits that can give them a leg-up in their career, business, or even their personal lives…all in the name of “fitting in.” They become another face in the crowd, add themselves to the number of thousands, and fade into obscurity.

Don’t give in to the temptation of fitting in.

Instead? Grab hold of your assets and don’t let go. It’s the outlier who does great things. It’s the outlier who wins. The outlier becomes the CEO, the entrepreneur with killer instincts, the one on top.
