Did you ever think about “deciding” what type of day you’re going to have when you wake up in the morning? Most don’t, but there is an incredible amount of power in making the choice to direct your own experience.
Do you get it right 100% of the time? Absolutely not. Are there blips? Sure. But you can be in charge of whether a bad 10 minutes ruins your entire day—and how you kick off that day to begin with.
Be intentional about it—Decide.
Because if *you’re* not deciding…someone (or something) else is directing your experience. Is that really what you want?
Start simple today: Make the Decision about what kind of day today will be, and stand by it.
Decide your day, keep directing yourself to that decision when things challenge it, don’t get knocked off your game…and see what shifts.
You’ve got a lot more control than you think.
fun tip from andrew bustamante - supposedly, the first two hours of ur day determine 90% of ur stress levels, so a good recipe for having a better day is to have an “easy start.” thanks!
