There are a *lot* of companies that scale to a few million in annual recurring revenue and never grow beyond it. Companies that run well, that are profitable, that could sustain them comfortably for decades. They see that initial product-market fit and traction, and then…things seem to stall.

They stop growing. Right there.

Not because the market shifted. Not because the opportunity disappeared. They say they want to scale, but the evidence tells a different story. I’ve seen that with careers, too…hungry, ambitious execs who stall when they have so much more to offer, and so much more in the tank.
