Lead From the Front: How to Navigate Uncertainty and Win

As I was talking with one entrepreneur on a rainy afternoon, he said, “Look, everyone is concerned right now, so leading with fear is easy—this isn’t my first rodeo. You’ve got to lead from the front and set yourself up to handle whatever comes. Whatever happens outside these walls I can’t control, but whatever happens inside these walls—that’s on me.” 

No one is ready for 2023/2024, but now is the time when everyone is expected to plan. These past few years have been an unpredictable fast-moving train of events. How do you even begin to anticipate, map it out, or chart your course ahead in an unpredictable landscape where we’re all flying blind? How do you deal with uncertainty?
