There are levels to this game, but not everyone is able to see them. 

I was speaking to a woman making a few million a year (profit) with a small team. Her team was *loyal*—like mafia loyal. Just a fierce bunch who would do anything in the trenches that she asked. When I asked her how she finds these incredible people, she said, “You find people who are hungry and ambitious…and then you give them a taste. An early win, a big payday—it’s like blood in the water—they’ll see what’s possible, and they won’t stop.”
